Absolutely delicious! Their high fiber dish is my favorite - so flavorful and healthy - with brown rice, lemongrass chicken, sweet potato, edamame, and a peanut sauce. Great value - only 13 for such a healthy dish is amazing! Very clean store with super friendly staff makes me a return customer. I would definitely recommend this place - 5/5 for quality, quantity, value and service!

I have been working in downtown for almost two years, and I recently discovered this place. As a shrimp lover, I had a great dining experience here. The food was fresh and delicious, and I want to give a special shoutout to my server, Roysten. He was very interactive, provided great recommendations, and made sure to ask about my spice preference and any allergies. Since I mentioned my love for shrimp, he suggested trying the torpedo shrimp, which was crispy and flavorful. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and will definitely be coming back!

Delicious. The ingredients are always fresh and the portions are generous. Sometimes the beef is a bit on the chewy side, but the chicken never disappoints. Lots of tables, most people take out vs. dine in.

Never have had a dull experience every time I stop by. Staff are friendly and attentive to detail, knowing the ins and outs of every dish on the menu! Specifically am a fan of the pad Thai as well as the build your box.

Great Southeast Asian fast casual option just north of Eaton Centre! I frequently eat fast casual, and I like to try new, local options—rather than the major national and local international chains—when I can. The fresh, flavourful food and fast, friendly service will have me coming back!

Hands down, my favorite spot right now! I randomly walked in a few weeks ago and I've been raving about it to everyone since. The food? Insane. So fresh, so flavorful... But what really puts Basil Box over the top is the service. Specifically, Roysten - he's the man! Not only did he take the time to walk me through the menu (which, btw, has so many delicious options), but he was genuinely stoked to be sharing his faves with me. You can tell the whole team is passionate about what they do, and it shows. Can't wait to come back and devour more of that amazing food !!

This Basil Box has really caring staff and great attention to your food preparation. We appreciate that they offer a few more than the Eaton Centre food court's Basil Box. Worth coming over to this location instead! The staff are very accommodating and gives great recommendations. They served another customer that has a dietary concern and flagged any available options they could eat. They also offered customizing to their preference and suggested great alternatives. Good healthy choices! They have a lot of good custom order option/set up so that you can mix and match. This location offers additional Satay Seasoned Fried Egg (for additional cost) and #4 Sauce option of Saigon Curry which is not common. We usually get the Chili Lime Shrimp which is pretty spicy and delicious! This location offers sauteed eggplant and charred sweet potatoes which is great as well. Really good value and carries well!

Right in the heart of downtown Toronto, Basil Box is a great option whenever I want a meal that is healthy, not heavy, and affordable. I had the chance to try their MVB- most valuable boxes. These amerprotein and fibre packed boxes at a great price. In addition, you also get a free Iced Tea with the purchase of an MVB. You get the choice of Signature Chicken, Healthy Steak, and Yuzu Tofu. The Yuan Tofu was so flavourful and the Healthy Steak was savoury and delicious. The Iced Teas paired perfectly with the MVBs. The spring rolls were surprisingly not oily and extra crispy. Last but not least, the the Bahn Mi fries were superb. Can't wait to come back for some more!
